However, other Compass telemetry events are firing successfully (Screen, Query Executed, etc.)

Before releasing MDE, we should understand why some telemetry events are not firing. Depending on which ones are not being captured, fixing this might not be a release-blocker (for example, if it's just the proactive perf insight events that aren't firing, we can have this be a quick followup after the release).
