Remove deprecated sharding_misc suite

      From a quick look it seems that  sharding_misc suite is not run anywhere, is not mentioned in the evergreen.yml file neither. The only mention in the code is in test_evergreen_generate_resmoke_tasks.py .

      As confirmed by david.bradford we can completely remove this suite and all its references in the codebase.
