When b1fdbf6 introduced BSON_TYPE_DEC128 to the bson_type_t enum in CDRIVER-1145, it neglected to add the type to the bson_type_t documentation. This was also missed when the enum value was renamed to BSON_TYPE_DECIMAL128 in 2d3b895.
