COPYING and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES should be installed to $PREFIX/share/doc/mongo-c-driver

      The license and third-party notices should be copied into the installation. The standard place for this on unix like systems seems to a directory under $PREFIX/share/doc that shares the name of the package, in this case mongo-c-driver. The same should be done for the C++ driver.

      I'm not sure what should be done on Windows?
