After generating a list of function declarations from public headers with external linkage, many functions appear undocumented.

No doubt, many of them are intended not to be documented (in particular the bcon_ functions), but some seem to be unintended omissions, e.g. mongoc_bulk_operation_new, or mongoc_uri_set_appname. The full list is attached.
