Re-enable building with zstd support on macOS

      We upgraded from macos-1012 to macos-1014 per CDRIVER-3480. But to get tests passing we had to disable zstd testing since it was not consistently installed on macos hosts. Once zstd is consistently installed on macos-1014 hosts, re-enable commented out tests.
