1) doesn't include links to support team (support.mongodb.com)
2) link to community forum is no longer accurate (it's now community.mongodb.com)
3) we could include a link to file a feature request (feedback.mongodb.com)

We should go through all drivers and make sure any help/assistance pages have the correct links/directions.
