      • C17/C18 usage is growing over the years - from 9% 2021 to 16% in 2022 as per Jetbrains.
      • C Driver users are already using C17 standard.

      • Test compile in Evergreen with C17/C18 standard.
      • File a docs ticket to Update compatibility table in docs.
