      The libbson.rc.in file unnecessarily (re)defines BSON_COMPILATION which is already set via target properties, producing the following warning when compiled:

      warning RC4005: 'BSON_COMPILATION' : redefinition

      The libmongoc.rc.in file does not have this problem.
