Users should be able to configure Compass to visualize date-time fields in a customizable timezone.

This ticket will introduce a new setting to Compass that makes it possible for users to set a default timezone. This timezone will be displayed via a badge on the documents list view, and there will be no changes make to the table or JSON views.
