When the configuration file is changed (C:\Program Files\MongoDB\Server\4.0\bin\mongod.cfg) and I try to start the Compass GUI.
It Crashes !
Might be the issue electron's main function while start up. When I cleared the app data from "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\MongoDB Compass Community", It works perfect.
