Insert not permitted while document contains errors.

      When using insert document if we add a field and insert invalid data to make appear "Insert not permitted while document contains errors." if we delete the field before fixing the error the message stay there and we cannot insert the document.  This can be troublesome if you insert big document and remove one field and need to start everything again.
