      User story

      As a Compass user
      I want to see step by step connection information
      So that it's clear what Compass is doing when connecting to my server/cluster and I can easily troubleshoot problems.

      Acceptance criteria

      • When the user clicks on Connect on the connect screen, some sort of “connection in progress” screen is displayed
      • In the “connection in progress” screen Compass lists the different steps of the connection
      • As Compass is going through the different connection steps, the current one is highlighted
      • When a step succeeds, it is visually marked as successful
      • When a step fails, it is visually marked as failed and a relevant error message is displayed to help the user understand what is going on and how to fix the problem
