Log SDAM events in data-service

      A simple debug of what SDAM events we're seeing and when would be a quick win for cases like this. We already listen for them in data-service but we don't really do anything with most (some are for deployment awareness etc.) Simply using

      {debug()}

      within event listeners would suffice.
