CSV export fails to include all collection fields as output variable (columns)

      In testing, it appears that the CSV export only includes the document fields found in the "first" document (natural order?) in the collection. This is true even after performing a schema analysis that does find all fields in the collection's documents.

      Reviewing the exported CSV file, it appears that columns (variables) are missing.
