Customers are not aware of Toggle DevTools and with the limited log collection ability, making customers aware they have this existing feature to debug their errors would useful and possibly reduce customer support tickets. They may upload their Toggle DevTools Console results independently reducing a possible email round-trip when engaging Tech Support.
Perhaps moving option View > Toggle DevTools to an option under "Help" menu might be useful.

It would be nice to provide documentation about Toggle DevTools in the DOCS area as the functionality is already available to the user.
