Environment:
Compass Version: Version 1.21.2
Operating system: Mac OS X 10.15.6

Steps to reproduce:

• Using Compass, create a new database with a new empty collection
• Navigate into the collection's "Documents" tab, and switch to the "Table view" tab
  Expected:
• The empty state for the collection's "Table view" to be the same as the "List view" and "JSON views"
  Actual:
• The empty state for the collections "Table view" shows a row of tabs beneath, with a message reading "No Rows To Show" (see attached screenshot)
