      We did a temporary fork of bson to hack around some bugs, which were fixed in 4.2.0, but 4.2.0 also broke in some minor unexpected ways. Update BSON once NODE-2847 and NODE-3376 are resolved. (Note that NODE-3376 breaks importing binary data, rather than the original issue here, which was about exporting)
