MAXTIMEMS is set to 5 seconds which very often triggers a timeout with big collections, we can increase it to 30 seconds by default or just remove the default entirely and use the driver one if that is longer.

As part of this, let's also change the copy in the query bar from MAXTIMEMS to MAX TIME MS to make it more readable.
