Steps to Reproduce

How could an engineer replicate the issue you’re reporting?

1) Download the latest version of MongoDB Compass read only version.

2) Load a collection. 

3) Delete collection as any user type(admin or other) via the UI.

Expected Results

What do you expect to happen?

UI trashcan icon should not be clickable in the read only version of compass

Actual Results

What do you observe is happening?

I can click the trashcan and delete the collection
