We want Compass app source to be opmitized, minimized, treeshaken and bundled in chucks as efficiently as possible to reduce application loading times. For that we want to introduce a Webpack build step into Compass packaging process

Side note: if we add this step before the app is copied over to the ./dist folder we can fix the issue with the packages release always being required for changes to be visible in the packaged app
