This ticket involves showing any error received when connecting in the connection form. It can be a dismissible leafygreen-ui banner (wrapped in `compass-components`: https://www.mongodb.design/component/banner/example/ ).
When the underlying connection changes, like a user clicking another connection in the connection sidebar, we should hide the error message.
We should also disable the `Connect` button while a connection attempt is in progress and after a successful connection occurs and we have not yet changed screens to the main compass ui.
