Problem Statement/Rationale

When i try to edit a text field, if the value is too long it places a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the text field, but it's on top of the text so it's no longer readable. This happens on any field long enough to get the scrollbar.{}

Steps to Reproduce

Open a collection, double click on a text field that has data longer than ~50 characters

Expected Results

Scroll bar below text, not on top of it

Actual Results

Scroll bar obscures text
