Use CollapsibleFieldSet and FormFieldContainer everywhere

      Refactor create db/collection modal to use CollapsibleFieldSet from compass-components (including more tests for collapsibleFieldSet).

      Also extract FormFieldContainer from the connection form into compass-components and use it to consistently space form fields everywhere. See https://github.com/mongodb-js/compass/pull/3290#discussion_r974247858
