Currently we implement the scroll areas and the headers for the two usages of the InteractivePopover components separately (Saved queries, saved aggregations).

This ticket involves:

• adding a `header` property to the interactive popover
• making the interactive popover render its content in a scrollable area, with a drop shadow on scroll, similar to WorkspaceContainer
