If you edit pipeline, wait for the loading of the preview to kick off and then immediately introduce a syntax error, preview fetching is not canceled because the action is not trying to run a fetch for a broken pipeline and that's what cancellation relies on, we should update the logic to always clean up the current preview fetch run, no matter what's the state of the stage / pipeline
