When an error occurs in mongosh it looks like it causes the page to overflow the bounds. In the screenshot you can see the right side collection toolbar options are not shown as they're off the page and there is no scrollbar.

We should instead make the error scrollable similar to how we handle other shell output.
While we're there lets make sure other things that the browser-repl can show do not have the ability to overflow.
