Steps to Reproduce
Download the installer file "mongodb-compass-1.36.3-win32-x64.exe" (MD5: f6581f412a64ec2ffe9072cdbd01a628) from https://www.mongodb.com/try/download/compass .
Expected Results
Program runs. Note that the Platform for this download is identified as "Windows 64-bit (7+)".
Actual Results
Dialog pops up with error: "Entry Point Not Found / The procedure entry point SetDefaultDllDirectories could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."
Additional Notes
Setting priority as "Minor" because the MSI installer, file "mongodb-compass-1.36.3-win32-x64.msi" (MD5: a12605922b434687e7d9e23d3c8a73a4), downloaded from the same page, runs to completion and installs a version of Compass that opens and connects to a database.
