• removes latchAnalysis option from the command
• removes latchAnalysis section from the output document

Changes in $currentOp output:

• removes waitingForLatch section from the output document

  Latch analyzer is introducing non-negligible performance overhead. We should keep running it in our testing environments, but not in production or in tests designed to measure production performance.
