Add ctrl + tab and ctrl + shift + tab hotkeys for switching tabs

      Currently we have Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + [}} and {{Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + ] for switching tabs. Let's add the new ones and keep the existing (at least for now).
