Blank screen seen in Win 1.29.5 and 1.36.2 caused by old "user profile".

Not a blank screen to appear
Actual Results
What do you observe is happening?
User reports, "This issue has been resolved by deleting the users profile and letting it be recreated fresh on the next login."
They upgraded to 1.38.0

It would be nice if root cause is found but may be residual file from past installations.
