      Original Downstream Change Summary

      Certain server cluster parameters are now reported in the sharding section of serverStatus. Currently, the only cluster parameter being reported is the new pauseMigrationsDuringMultiUpdates parameter.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      When a cluster parameter is enabled, it should be reported by serverStatus. To minimize redundant fields and schema changes, only parameters that have been enabled at least once should be reported.
