Once e2e tests for Time to first query are running in CI for Chrome and Firefox on Ubuntu, un-skip the other tests that only test functionality that's included in compass-web. ie. keep all tests that test connections, the connection form and various telemetry related things (maybe more?) skipped as those don't relate to functionality in compass web.

Anything testing connections is likely a waste of time because in DE there will be a separate driver implementation that proxies via websocket and establishes separate connections in the background. And that won't be in place in time for this project anyway.

This tasks is BEST EFFORT! If some test is hard to get working, leave it skipped for now and file a separate ticket. We'll re-assess later.
