Problem Statement/Rationale

If you drop a collection, re-import or re-create the same-name collection, the confirmation modal action button is erroneously unlocked without inputting the collection name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create collection named X
2. Drop collection X
3. Create collection again
4. Drop collection again -> no confirmation required.

Expected Results

Confirmation required every time.

Actual Results

No confirmation required. Scared me as I thought I accidentally dropped a different collection.
