      Original Downstream Change Summary

      PM-3351 enabled search in SBE, but due to some bugs, we have disabled search in SBE. There will be no user facing syntax or API changes. There will, however, be a change to explain output for $search which is no longer pushed into SBE

      Description of Linked Ticket

      Due to underlying bugs in the SBE search code path, disable search in SBE.
