Make compass-web aware of cluster meta information

      For navigating from Compass Web to the Atlas Services (Search Indexes, Performance Advisor), we need to build the urls correctly based on the current cluster (id, name, type).

      For same rs cluster, link to:
      1. Atlas Search: `#/clusters/atlasSearch/{clusterName}`
      2. Performance Advisor: `#/metrics/replicaSet/{clusterId}/advisor`

      Based on this, we need at least the following information:

      • clusterId
      • clusterName
      • clusterType
      • orgId
