Bump Electron to 29.x / Drop RHEL7 support for Compass

      Compass will no longer support RHEL7 in its next release. (The platform support page https://www.mongodb.com/docs/compass/current/install/ is also outdated already because it mentions Ubuntu 14.04 as our minimum, when in reality it's 16.04 and we should probably warn users that 16.04 will also not be supported anymore soon-ish.)
