Finish highlighting & expanding behaviour for the new sidebar Connection Items

      After https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/COMPASS-7718, we can finish a couple of details on the connection items, that were not possible without having a connectionId in the active workspace. One is the highlighting of the connection when the databases workspace for it is open. The other is making sure that a collapsed connection expands when any of the children just became the active workspace.
