With the changes we did in "Data Viewing enhancements" there is now another element in the CRUD toolbar that is intractable - the dropdown that modifies "documents visible per page". Because of different loading state controlling different part of the toolbar, the toolbar jumps a lot when interacting with any of the elements (see screenshot).

We should find a way to consolidate the loading states and respond to just one consolidated state in the toolbar preferably with a common loading indicator, if we deem it necessary.
