Add star to favorite query in query bar

      Add a star icon to favorite the query (if it doesn’t exist already). This opens a popover with a text input for the saved query name.  Figma

      Only show the star when a user has a valid query that isn't blank/default.

      If the query is already favorited, show a filled in state.
