Have multiple connections by default

      For most tests (the ones that don't deal with connection details specifically), use browser.setupDefaultConnections() and browser.connectoToDefaults() so that there are always two connections in play, causing ambiguity for tests and helpers that don't deal with it.

       

      This also means we'll create the connections and then connect/disconnect separately which more closely mirrors the intended use case.
