Currently the backend endpoints are hardcoded in Compass. They also use the base path provided by the `adminApiEndpoint` from the Atlas Service. Update those URLs to conditionally use the admin api, or in the case in data explorer, use the new endpoint URLs defined in the backend API section in the tech design, with a base path provided by `cloudEndpoint`.
