      Paused clusters don't have deployment item in deployments, so hen trying to build metadata for them, storage throws and this also makes it so that other connections wouldn't show up

      Until we do COMPASS-8228, we should probably filter them out similar to what we do with clusters that are not fully deployed or being terminated
