Regarding the Global Indexes init overall and its many projects, Julia and I feel this one is probably the most general and therefore the appropriate one to capture the basic work of, "Data Explorer can be used to create Global Indexes".

By way of actual work in that InTel project, there shouldn't be a ton, but it should at least include:

• New option and flow to create a Global Index on a sharded cluster. (Can't be a rolling index, as Cailin mentions above.)
• Update the List Indexes view to visually indicate the global index for the collection
• Ensure the internal global index collection is not visible in the namespaces navigation – only the user-facing collection should be visible.
