Recent, Saved & Autocomplete queries not showing MaxTimeMS field

      Problem
      Currently if user adds MaxTime Ms field in query options , it is not saved in Recent, Saved and Autocomplete suggestion behaving inconsistently with other query areas

      Show MaxTImeMs in Recent, Saved & autocomplete suggestion
