We're currently suppressing warning xUnit1000 (https://xunit.github.io/xunit.analyzers/rules/xUnit1000.html) This warning indicates that one or more test classes are not public (and are therefore not being run). This is not a regression since under the old version of xUnit these tests were also not being run. The fix simply should be to make the relevant classes public and to remove the warning suppression from the projects afterwards.
