      Inside an $elemMatch:

      { $elemMatch : { $elem : { $gt : 0 } } }

      Needs to be rendered as:

      { $elemMatch : { $gt : 0 } }

      The $elem field name is only used internally because the AstFieldOperationFilter class requires a field. $elem represents the implied element being tested.
