Credentials testing ~~DRIVERS-2411~~ have been updated from a personal account to a MongoDB managed account.

See DRIVERS-2411 Test Credentials for the updated credentials.

Update the credentials. Rerun the Azure KMS task (possibly named testazurekms-task) to ensure it passes.

Note: the Azure credentials for the testazurekms-task are distinct from the Azure credentials used for the legacy CSFLE specification tests.
