Right now the build drops all sorts of things in the root of the source tree (the .scons directory, the 'sharedclient' directory, various statically linked executables, the libmognoclient binary, etc.).

This leads to a rather complicated .gitignore and a bad user experience where getting a clean tree is hard.

All build artifacts should be captured under the 'build' directory.
