DRIVERS-2411 introduced caching of azure token with azure KMS provider, but didn't specify rules when this cache should be cleared. In particular, I think it would be good to clear the cached token when previous usage of this token failed.
Motivation

It may be a problem if token became invalid even though expiration date is still not exceeded. Not sure how likely it can happen but still
Is this issue urgent?
